The digital printing system on ceramics invented by Baltea is used for printing images. CALCOPRINT paper speeds up the ceramic printing process; simply print the image onto Calcoprint paper, apply it to the ceramic, and fire in a ceramic kiln.
The special CALCOPRINT paper can also be used for food applications and can withstand temperatures up to 1250°.

Scanning and processing
01The chosen image is scanned at high resolution. It is also possible to use digital images from CD or the Internet.

CALCOPRINT paper print
02For printing images, the digital ceramic printing system invented by BALTEA D.C. is used. Simply print the image on Calcoprint paper.

03Once printed, CALCOPRINT paper is applied to the ceramic.
