Ceramic toner for laser printers is available in 4 standard colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
The RED Magenta toner has also been developed, which allows for a wide colour gamut, especially for RED.
Ceramic toners can be fired from 580°C to 1200°C.

Transfer paper is available in different thicknesses and formats: A4, A3, A3+, and SUPER A3+ (330×483 mm). After printing, collodion is applied.
CALCOPRINT paper is the printing paper that requires no lacquering. After printing, the decal is applied directly onto the ceramic substrate. Available sizes: A3, A3+, SUPER A3+ (330×483 mm). The product is under BALTEA D.C.'s patent!
Cartridge for the laminator (CEMIX) is used to apply collodion to the decal after printing.
COLLODIO paper is the special paper for the new digital photoceramic process. It eliminates lacquering and drying times, for ready-to-use decals in a single, optimized flow: color printing → digital melting → oven.

After printing the image onto the decal paper, a layer of lacquer needs to be applied.
Based on the client's needs, you can choose from different types of lacquer: collodion only; lacquer with collodion and flux (for ceramics or glass); flux for ceramics only.
Liquid lacquer is available in 1 l or 3 l cans and is applied using a frame and squeegee.
Alternatively, the same hairspray is available in SPRAY can packs. They are convenient and easy to use.
